Two romantic landscapes in a single day

A walk through the open-air gallery connected with a visit to the hidden romantic park around Nové Zámky. We will look completely differently at the well-known places around the Mladeč caves and Nové Zámky and try to imagine the landscape as the landscape architects thought about it two hundred years ago. By comparing these places with the romantic park in the afternoon we will be able to think more deeply about the meaning of the newly built gallery of the Litovelské Pomoraví House of Nature.

Romantic area of Nové Zámky

The English romantic park in Nové Zámky was founded and created by the Lichtenstein family at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. The look of the complex originates from the intention of the same creators, who created the more famous and extensive premises in the Lednice – Valtice complex. Even though the park near Nové Zámky is smaller and less preserved, each visitor is surprised by the intensive feeling the romantic structure gives to this day. Walking in this complex is today the most unique experience in traveling through the unique landscape of Litovelské Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area.

Experience tour of the open-air gallery

The Litovelské Pomoraví House of Nature is a unique open-air gallery and an open-air playground, that has been opened in Horka nad Moravou. We will tell you the story of the open-air gallery and explain you the way the authors of the buildings thought about them.  We will draw your attention to remarkable details. We will recall the stories of the construction of these buildings. You will have the opportunity to better understand the genius loci created by František Skála, Miloš Šejn, Miloslav Fekar, Marcel Hubáček and others.
